SMALL GROUPS
Small Groups Are…
Anywhere from 3-20 people
Groups that meet for fun, support, prayer, encouragement, service, and are committed to growing Spiritually with one another.
Groups that use scripture, a current book, DVD, or some other resource to guide their conversation.
Groups that meet all over Mount Joy from the parks to classes here at Trinity to local restaurants.
Groups that meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Small Groups Fall/Winter 2011
Volleyball- Every fall, members of Trinity enjoy a little friendly competition in the G.E.A.R.S. church volleyball league. Skilled player and enthusiastic beginners are both welcome. Contact Dave Christian.
Softball- Are you in love with America’s pastime? Join our volleyball team in the spring and summer months for games against other local churches. Contact Joe Wivell.
Beth Moore Book Study- On Tuesday nights throughout the year, a group of women gather for Beth Moore book studies. Take a look at the church’s calendar to see when their next session begins. Contact Madolin Heisey or Kristen Ottens.
Friendly Visitors- Individuals meet monthly with one of our homebound members. The goal is to provide friendship with those who can no longer attend church services. Contact Jan Rockel.
Mom’s Group- This unique group meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday mornings of the month at 9:30 for support, companionship, and Bible Study. Childcare is provided for a nominal fee. Contact Julie Houck.
New Parent’s- Are you a parent with a child under the age of 3? This small group meets to help one another through this new phase in life. Contact Erica Wolgemuth-Johnston or Pastor Katie.
Parents of Older Youth- This group of nearly empty-nesters meets bi-monthly for service, conversation, and friendship. Parents who have kids in high school or above are invited to join this small group. Contacts Kim Zern or Beth Hoover.
Comfort Stitchers – This collection of busy hands meets monthly to knit or crochet prayer shawls, fire blankets, baptismal shawls and much more for our community. The group is focused on service to our neighbors and service to one another. Contact Gail Fridy.
Camping- Love the outdoors? This group plans four different camping trips throughout the summer for a weekend at one of the State Parks. All types of camping are welcomed. Contact Marc Spiridigliozzi.
A Bead and A Prayer- Nancy and Trobe Barnitz lead this no-experience needed jewelry-making small group. The group meets on the first and second Monday of each month at 10:30 am and 6:00 pm in the Library.
Gourmet- Gourmet groups dine together for fun and fellowship. As their service, the groups provides micro-loans to people in developing countries. Currently we have two different Gourmet Groups is led by Scott Noon and Sandy Bricker.
Scrapbook- Love to be crafty? Join Alison Hoke-Fitts and the group for bi-monthly scrapbook events.
